No walk-ins - Bookings only
You must pay for your nails fully when your appointment is booked. If you need to cancel anytime up until 48 hours before your appointment you will receive a refund for the full amount you paid, however if you give less than 48 hours notice before cancelling an appointment we will refund you 50% of the full amount you paid as a late-cancellation fee.
If you are going to be more than 15 MINUTES late please call/message to let us know as there is a chance your appointment may not be able to go ahead.
You must inform our staff of any allergies / sensitivities you may have BEFORE your appointment.
You must let us know when you book your appointment if you want any nail art. This is a time consuming service and appropriate time needs to be put aside.
We have CCTV in our salon/home for safety and security purposes - you will be on camera during your visit.
Due to Health and safety we cannot work on other salons work. Please either soak your nails off safely at home or book a removal and new set.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We will not take any responsibility for any child/children during your/their treatment at our salon.
Please try to not bring any extra people to your appointments unless they are chaperoning or are booked in to also have their nails done. We only have a small at home salon and we don’t have the room.
If you are under 18 you are welcome to bring one ADULT (18+) with you. IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YOU MUST BRING AN ADULT (18+).
Please note for gel polish on natural nails we will work on under 16’s but for any other treatments you must be 16+.

We are within our rights to deny our service to anyone we decide.
GDPR - Your information you provide us will be kept safe and secure up until a time you decide you may want us to Remove your data and we will do so. You have a right to access any information we hold on you.
The recommended amount of time between sets for returning customers is 2-3 weeks. If you book after three weeks we can't infill and you would need to book a removal and new set.
We hold no responsibility for any of your belongings before, during or after your nail appointments this includes your car if you choose to park out the front of our house.
Once you have left our salon there will be no refunds. You will be asked EXTENSIVELY what you want and if you are happy before and during your appointment. We will not be issuing refunds for a change of mind.
Please note we have a 7 day policy for damaged nails. At our discretion within 7 days we will repair your nails for the prices stated in our price list. Please send a photo of any damage to book. If it is clear to our nail technician the damage is extensive there may be an added charge but this will be discussed before booking so you are aware.
Any damages to our salon/equipment must be paid for.
Please note we are now a cashless business - We have a card machine which is chip and pin as well as contactless. We can also take bank transfer and payment via SUMUP.
